Week 1 of planning

I need to get my shit together. This is how this week will go:

Tuesday 7th: No breakfast, no lunch, 1 steak, some bread.
Wednesday 8th: No breakfast, no lunch, 2 quiches.
Thursday 9th: No breakfast, no lunch, 1 apple.
Friday 10th: No breakfast, no lunch, 1 steak, some bread.

Reminders:

- Say NO to N and her daily M&Ms, Oreos and stuff.
- I have to be at least 58,5 by friday.
- Drinks allowed: tea (go easy on the sugar), water.
- No more “I’ll start again tomorrow”. This is tomorrow. No excuses.

Just think of how average you look. Of how sexier your jeans could look on you. Of how people would finally notice you if you were skinnier. Of the disgust you feel after you ate, and the satisfaction from not eating. Don’t exercise if you don’t feel like it, just stop eating so much!

Weight: 60 kg !!!!!!! (+1,6 kg)

I wanna drown myself in a bottle of gin and never emerge again. I’m so disappointed at myself right now. Next time, I’ll think about it twice before I decide not to weight myself in the morning.

Food intake: Purée with ground meat, 3 mini quiches, 1 Coke, three bites of a chicken sandwich.
